Mash at 151˚ F; use ½ tsp
CaSO4 & ½ tsp CaCl2 in mash & ¼ tsp CaSO4 & ¼ tsp. CaCl2 in boil
90 minute boil
1 oz. Czech Saaz @ 60
½ oz. Czech Saaz @ 15
½ oz. Czech Saaz@ 5
Wyeast Belgian Ardennes 3522/White
Labs Belgian Golden 570
Ferment at 65˚ F
Carbonate to 2.0 volumes

Wes here...our last name is Davis, but we had a blast doing the Rockit cup, and I am glad Matt and I were able to convince you to do a March one as well. We will both be brewing it this weekend.
